| The security of your data is one of our highest priorities. The SEBi CRM has been built by experts in web-based business application development, and features a very high level of mission-critical security and backup measures. The login process starts and finishes from an encrypted page (SSL) and a trusted session management mechanism with timeout is employed. Passwords can only be reset from within the system by an SEB admin-level user and every page has a log-off link. User data is not stored in cookies. The primary web-server on which the system runs is located in a secure, purpose-built, UK data centre with 24/7 technical support and up-to-date protection against hackers and viruses. This arrangement is constantly updated and extensive back-up systems are in place in case of disaster. If the primary server or network fails for any reason, users can switch to an equally secure real-time two-way replicated backup server located in Germany with no loss of data whatsoever. Because our CRM is a web application, if your office computer system is hacked, infected with a virus, broken, stolen, burnt or flooded, as long as you still have (or can get) the most basic PC, Mac or laptop machine, you can regain full access to our system in as long as it takes to connect it to an ADSL line or modem. |
