| Inception The Team at South East Business Information started publishing Business Directories for Kent County Council's Economic Development Department in 1995; with publishing partners Kent Business Media. In 1997 under a Heseltine Initiative, Business Link kent was formed and partnered KCC in the running of the Kent Business database. Inevitably; as the dominant business support organisation; Business Link Kent took over the Kent database and through it's experience, South East Business Information progressed to support Business Link Kent in its endeavors and soon gained 'preferred supplier' status. Team members at SEBi have trained and worked with Business Link Kent for more then ten years. |
| General Services SEBi staff are trained in all phases of data collection; input processes; marketing and promotion services. Emphasis is placed on accuracy and data integrity, ensuring stringent data quality standards. Customer supplied data is uploaded to SEBi’s CRM system and merged with a questionnaire to reflect the campaign/project to be undertaken. SEBi telemarketing staff use this as the basis for interviewing prospects. This is carried out in real time, with the company details displayed and amended in real time. Our systems can rapidly be adjusted to allow for additional questions and answers to be entered at short notice. Telephone and inputting are conducted under constant supervision by team leaders. |
