SEB has been successful in running a number of permission marketing campaigns with success rates exceeding 82% take up of initial permission, to 93% for renewals.

Business Link Kent’s data is kept current and accurate through personal contact by SEB’s data maintenance team through telephone and email contact. Over time a rapport has developed between SEB’s staff and target company owners and employees. It is this familiarity of contact that attributes to the high success rate achieved by the company.

SEB staff have been trained on the LinkTrack/Captavia CRM and are constantly refreshed in telephone techniques, SIC coding, data quality and data input into the Link Track/Captaivia and/or our in-house CRM.
Intensive Assistance
In addition to the permission marketing campaign work carried out over the past two years, SEB has been marketing and booking Clinic appointments direct to Kent Business Advisor diaries. This process includes the marketing and booking of the initial appointment, liaising with advisor and client prior to the appointment.
Workshops
In addition to these projects, we are operating a telemarketing campaign to provide workshop bookings for the Kent Events team. These appointments are also booked for the customer online and a corresponding link made to the BLK CRM – a very similar project to the IA bookings.
